How does LiftStack rate protein snacks?
LiftStack ratings are built to make protein snack comparisons simple and transparent. During the beta, products are scored using our Nutrition pillar, which evaluates macros, ingredients, and overall nutritional quality. In upcoming updates, we will expand the system to include Experience (taste and texture) and Value (cost and overall worth) so you can see how each protein snack performs across all key areas.
Is LiftStack independent from brands?
Yes. LiftStack is completely independent. No sponsors, no paid placements, and no freebies. Our mission is to make protein snack discovery easy, honest and unbiased so lifters, athletes, and everyday shoppers can trust the results without second-guessing hidden influences.
How often are new products added?
Once launched, we will be expanding the LiftStack library every week, with new protein bars, shakes, and other high-protein snacks. The goal is to cover every major brand and emerging products so you always have the most up-to-date ratings and options at your fingertips.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. LiftStack makes it easy to filter by dietary needs like nut-free, dairy-free, vegan, keto, and more. If you’ve ever struggled to find a protein snack that fits your goals and your restrictions, LiftStack puts the options in one place so you don’t have to dig through labels.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your LiftStack subscription at any time directly from your account settings. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that period ends, your subscription will not renew and your account will revert to the free tier.
What is your refund policy?
LiftStack does not offer refunds for subscriptions. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your subscription period. Once the subscription expires, access to paid features and any data associated with those features will no longer be available.
